How we work?
At Hiya, each piece is handmade by Fathia Barhoumi on a made-to-measure basis. You choose the fabric, color, texture, and overall look and we bring your vision to life with care and precision.
How It Works at Hiya :
1. Choose Your Piece
Browse our collection or request a fully custom creation. Once your design is confirmed, you can either send us your measurements or visit our workshop to have them taken.
2. Confirm Your Order
When all the details are set, we ask for a 50% deposit. This covers premium materials and secures your spot in our production schedule.
3. We Start Creating
Your piece is handcrafted by Fathia Barhoumi and typically takes 1 to 2 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
4. Delivery or Pickup
Once finished, your piece can be delivered to your home or picked up from our workshop—whichever you prefer.
5. Final Payment
The remaining 50% is paid upon delivery or pickup of your Hiya creation.
Because good things take time, each piece is created with intention, care, and cultural pride.
About Fathia Barhoumi
Fathia Barhoumi is a fashion designer based in Hammamet, Tunisia, with over two decades of experience in the art of couture. She began her journey 24 years ago in her modest home in Bir Bouregba, driven by a deep love for craftsmanship and clothing.
Since 2014, Fathia has dedicated her work to Tunisian traditional couture, mastering heritage techniques and breathing new life into garments inspired by the past. Her pieces have graced every major fashion and cultural event in Tunisia, making her a respected figure in the world of Traditional Tunisian clothing.
Today, she is the heart and hands behind Hiya Haute Couture, designing and crafting every piece with purpose, love, and pride.
