Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s how our refund process works:

You’re eligible for a full 100% refund if you request it within 7 days of receiving your item.
To start a refund, simply contact us via WhatsApp at +216 96 199 887 or Via email at wearhiya@gmail.com or come to our workshop at 000, faycal ben abdelaziz, 8050 Hammamet, Tunisia with your order details and reason for return.
The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
Once we receive the item back and confirm its condition, we’ll issue the full refund using your original payment method.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
