Shipping policy

We currently ship within Tunisia only and offer fast, reliable delivery straight to your door.

Delivery fee:
- 3 DT if you're located in Nabeul or Tunis
- 7 DT for all other regions in Tunisia
Delivery method:
We use Cash on Delivery (COD), so you’ll pay the remaining 50% of your total order plus the shipping fee when your package arrives.
Processing time:
Once your 50% advance payment is confirmed, we start working on your order right away. Delivery time varies based on the piece, but most items are ready to ship within 1 to 2 weeks.
Important:
Please make sure to be available at the delivery address to complete payment and receive your item.
