Welcome to our shop! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Orders & Payments

All pieces are handmade and made-to-order.

A 50% advance payment is required to begin production. Payment can be made online by card or via bank/postal transfer.

The remaining 50% is paid in cash upon delivery (Cash on Delivery – COD).

Orders are confirmed only after we receive the advance payment.
2. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within Tunisia.

Shipping costs are:

3 DT for Nabeul and Tunis

7 DT for all other areas in Tunisia

Delivery is handled by a third-party courier. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to complete payment and receive the item.
3. Production Time

Production begins after the advance payment is confirmed.

Most items are completed and shipped within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece.

We will keep you updated throughout the process.
4. Refunds & Returns

You are eligible for a 100% refund if you request it within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in original, unused condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
5. Custom Orders & Changes

Once production has started, changes to the order (such as size or style) may not be possible.
